This zero-proof cocktail is on the menu at the bar, Rob Roy, in Seattle. But, you can make it at home with the recipe below.
Harvest Delight

1oz lemon juice
3/4oz Simple Goodness Sister’s lemon herb syrup
1/2oz pineapple juice
1/4oz Simple Goodness Sister’s berry sage syrup
1/4 oz chilled water
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife grapefruit bitters
Orasella maraschino cherry to garnish
Mix ingredients in a chilled Collins glass. Top with 2-3 oz ginger beer. Fill glass with ice. Garnish with an Orasella maraschino cherry.
